Refund Policy

Digitization Pros has 30 days money back guarantee. For most of our products returning your purchased item is not necessary and we will just refund your money.
Supplies cartridges have a 2 year warranty against manufacturers defects and our suppliers guarantee fixing your printer in the unlikely event of issues arising from our supplies.

Please contact us with your request for refund with the reason and we will process your request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
